Argus101 Console Demo Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Android application named Argus101 Console Demo,
package com.argus101.console.demo.
Acceptance
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Demo purpose
Argus101 Console Demo is an offline concept demonstration. All instruments, measurements, procedures, traces, network addresses, and status values shown in the app are simulated.
The app does not connect to or control laboratory equipment. Do not use it to operate equipment, conduct real experiments, validate measurements, or make safety-critical, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.
Permitted use
You may use the app for personal evaluation, demonstration, education, and discussion of the Argus101 interaction model, subject to applicable law and the Google Play terms that apply to your download.
You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its distribution, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Privacy
The app does not collect or share user data. See the Argus101 Console Demo Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
The app may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features shown in the demo are not commitments to deliver a commercial product or future service.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the simulated content or prohibited use of the app with real equipment.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the app or its distribution changes. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
